If you desire to make any payment for any of the packages on the Service (“Payment”), you may be have to supply certain information needed for your Payment including, with no limitation to, your credit card details (such as credit card number and the expiration date of your credit card).

 

You represent that: (i) you have the legal right to use the credit card or any other payment method for any Payment; and that (ii) the information you provide us is correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you offer us the right to provide the information to third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of Payment.

 

Service Charge

A buyer is required to pay $10 to purchase or book a property. This $10 is not refundable, whether the buyer or seller canceled for whatsoever reason.

For a lawyer or broker to advertise any business, a fee of $30 a month is required. At any time, such a user can manually stop making Payment to end this contract. If Payment is stopped, the listing(s) made by such a user will be deleted from the Service.

 

Packages and Payment

There are three paid packages and a free a package.

 

Paid Package 1: $30 a month for a maximum of 6 listings.

Paid Package 2: $50 a month for a maximum of 10 listings.

Paid Package 3: $90 a month for a maximum of 30 listings.

Free Package: allows you to make a maximum of 2 listings.

 

Fake Listings

In the event that any listing is posted in order to deceive or exploit anyone, such listing is subject to deletion without any refund. If any listing is reported to be fake or a scam, such listing will be deleted with no refund.

 

Requesting a Refund

Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 7 days of your date of purchase.

 

Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

 

Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.

 

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

 

1- use the contact form on the contact page to request the refund.

2- use the same email address you use to buy our services.

3- include your invoice number.
